"CVS Pharmacy on Hwy 74 and 226 have excellent staff. The pharmacists and pharmacy tech are always courteous and answer all my questions. They even look and make sure you are getting the best price for your prescription. Even your insurance copay is high they will look at GoodRx and other services to make sure you are getting the best price. I have always been extremely pleased the store and pharmacy"

"1 star because I can’t give zero. After working a 12 hour shift last night, I came into cvs to buy a couple necessary items. From the second I entered, I could hear the personal and very opinionated conversation between two females in the pharmacy area. As I walked all through the store, that’s ALL I could hear…over the sound of other customers AND the music playing in the store. Standing in an aisle TRYING to compare ingredients of a couple items so I could decide what best fit my need, and I couldn’t even concentrate because one of the girls barely took a breath and never shut up. Finally getting frustrated and irritated to the point I was about to explode, I gave up and put the items down and I’m heading somewhere else to make a purchase, but I advised the cashier in front that someone really needs to tell the pharmacy it’s rude and inappropriate for the entire store to have to listen to their PERSONAL CONVERSATION."

"Recently my new insurance carrier, Aetna, that I signed up through the Marketplace program, does NOT allow me to use Walgreens to receive my plan covered prescriptions. For over ten years I've been very satisfied with Walgreens' service. My doubts of receiving the same quality service was overwhelming me with worry. Although, and I must say a very big "ALTHOUGH", my visits to CVS have been more than "just good service", I received personal professional care with with a smile on top, like whip cream! The staff and pharmacists I've encountered at two locations I visited in my city, from the hello at the door, asking if needed any help, to the pharmacy staff who quickly and easily made sure my new insurance information was accurate. Transferring my five medications to CVS was easy from my doctor's office. My new CVS online account was simple to setup, too. The last, and my biggest, obstacle was the dread I was not looking forward to go through the phone call, after call, after transferring call I had to setup my most expensive medication I use. The 1st prescription through CVS was over $400. Through my previous pharmacy using a discount coupon had obviously expired, possibly due to my change of insurance. The CVS pharmacy was easily able to setup my coupon discount in my profile, as my previous pharmacy did, and the staff did it in less than 5 minutes! This is the service I wanted. And CVS delivered!
